Funny in a strange kind of way!

I watched this with my 2 sons and they enjoyed it, the rock was funny, more that he was so bad that he was funny if that makes sense. Stephen Merchant was funny too, he was a strange choice to be in this film. My sons tooth fell out a couple of days after they saw this film and he didnt want to give up his tooth to the tooth fairy. so that will tell you, dont think he liked the idea of the rock coming into his room at night!!!!!

more disney moralising. sports man playing out his days in lower leagues having been injured in the big league and never returned, dates single mum with 2 kids - one cute, one a moody teen. way too predictable. tooth fairy bit very silly as a way to 'sort' the relationship and the man.
even the humour - which is occassionally funny - doesn't save it.

Ok I knew this wasn't going to be a dramitc epic but I have to say it was good clean fun and a touching story. Love Steve Merchant in it.

Really liked it, it kept itself going and no parts were boring most of it was funny. a good film to rent!!
