4 out of 10 Heartwarming story
Alana from Donegal, 05 Mar 2008
An interesting plot of the movie, i liked the idea of Mary Popins' umbrella in the movie. The begining would never give out the story if it wasn't for the title. But then you see quit a turn, when Annie realises that she doesn't know what she really wants in her life. Also the character played by Laura Linney was outstanding. I loved her. Good clean movie.

1.5 out of 10 Not Funny
Klair from Dublin, 15 Aug 2008
While this movie is watchable, i would hardly call it a comedy!! What it really portrays is that some parents are so obsessed with their own lives, that they have no time for their own children and Nannies become the Mum's and Dad's to the children!! Laura Linney was excellent!!!

3 out of 10 Nanny Diaries no Uptown Girls!
Maria from Waterford, 28 May 2008
Nice little Nanny flick but not the best one i've seen. Probably unfairly comparing it with Brittany Murphy in Uptown Girls. loved that one!

3.5 out of 10 Nanny Diaries

Some bits were a bit silly. This is a chick flick with a sweet ending. Quite predictable as they usually are.

Natalie from Meath, 19 May 2008
the movie is actually very good showing how some "parents" completely loose contact with their children.

Annie is a product of a working-class New Jersey family, where her...
