i realy enjoyed this movie, i loved it from the Mum's point of view of moving to America and having 2 children who could not be more different than her culturally and how she grew to really love her husband despite the arranged marraige. The kids were american and were embarassed by their parents traditional ways but they come to embrace them eventually. This is really an excellent movie, so much better than Brick Lane!!!

REAL LIFE DRAMA. MILD FAMILY PSYCHOLOGY TWIST. LIKE FATHER LIKE SON. ENJOYABLE TO SEE A DIFFERENT KIND OF FILMING (BALLYWOOD) THAT YOU DON'T GET TO SEE IN THE USUAL HOLLYWOD FLICK. DEFINATELY A GOOD LIFE STORY RENTER.
Uplifing yet sad

Excellent - really enjoyed this film. Expect a completely different Kal Penn from his days in Harold and Kumar get the Munchies. Enthralling and sad at the same time, yet oddly uplifting
