This film is a remake of the 1972 verson wrote by Wes Craven so how can it fail to dissappoint. It's classed as a horror but i'd say it's more a triller as there's more action than grore. My friends have seen this too and also recommend, although be warned there in one awful rape scene where you have to look away. Rent this film as it'l make you go to bed thinking.

Hence the 18 rating. It is a reasonably fast paced film with only a few scenes that lack predictability. Too violent for me, I actually felt ill through some parts and was very glad to see the credits come up.

This for me was starting off to be a sureal thriller but poor acting and poor plotting lets it down when it needs the magic.. bordering on time abuse, watch at your own risk

I really enjoyed this film. You were on the edge of your seat after the first 20 mins until the very end. It was gripping stuff with a good cast, I throughly enjoyed it

The best horror I have seen in a while not real scary more horrific in parts but courage won in the end and the bad guys got a good send off !!! worth a veiw
