2.5 out of 10 Overrated
Ken from Louth, 12 Mar 2010
This is like an stretched-out comedy sketch that runs out of legs. The story is simple enough but unfortunately the gags that pad it out just don't add up to very much. The addition of Mike Tyson, Heather Graham and a psychopathic camp gang leader merely add to the confusion. This is juvenile comedy no matter how it dresses itself. Clichés abound and even those attempts at originality are obvious. Some will laugh a lot and at 90 minutes it's not that bad but it is not all that satisfying.

2 out of 10 A tired comedy.
Ciarán from Dublin, 10 Jan 2010
This is one of the most MOR comedies i've seen in a long time. It's very textbook stuff really. Doesn't live up to the expectations as well as films like Anchorman did. And actually it's comparable to Will Ferrells later stuff, films that have a handful of priceless moments but leave you feeling ripped off. That's the feeling you'll be left with if you rent this. Ripped off. Fills a gap, but just about.

5 out of 10 The Hangover
Noel from Clare, 18 Dec 2009
Having been told by quite a few people that The Hangover is a must see, I was looking forward to seeing what all the fuss was about. The Hangover does not disappoint. It's an hilarious movie from start to finish that ranks up there with some of the finest comedy films made in the past decade or two. Check your pulse if you don't find this funny! A definite must see...

4 out of 10 Does exactly what it says on the tin
Patrick from Wicklow, 16 Feb 2011
Light-hearted and well executed bundle of laughs. A lot of hyped up films leave you wondering why you wasted your time but this has no pretensions and leaves you feeling good and having the odd giggle over the next few days. Well worth watching and I would readily watch it again and again.

3 out of 10 Laughs but no wit or heart
Cliona from Cork, 23 Mar 2010
This film does deliver laughs and even though it's clearly a "lads" story, women can laugh too. What it lacks is any real wit or sharpness, or warmth. Bradley Cooper may look the part, from the ladies' point of view, but he's really just moving wallpaper - dull and actually charmless.

What's it about....
From "Old School" director Todd Phillips comes a comedy about a bachelor party gone very, very wrong. Two days before his wedding, Doug (Justin Bartha) drives to Las Vegas with his best buddies Phil and Stu (Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms) and his future brother-in-law Alan (Zach Galifianakis), for a blow-out bachelor party they vow they'll never forget. But when the three groomsmen wake up the next morning with pounding headaches, they can't remember a thing. Their luxury hotel...
