3.5 out of 10 I actually liked it
Michelle from Cork, 02 Aug 2010
I have to admit it did take a bit to get into but it played out slow but good. Its all about a families acceptance and coming to terms with the death of their son with all different scenarios.I do think it was worth the watch!

3.5 out of 10 Slow but good
Maria from Louth, 24 May 2010
This is for people who love drama. It is a sad movie, mostly about grief and how the family deals with it. Some excellent acting - Pierce brosnan was surprisingly good at this role (which would normally be out of his range).

3 out of 10 Different
Marie from Sligo, 06 Sep 2010
A different type of movie based on grief and the loss of their son but made you think too, that every one deals with it their own way but it worked out in the end which was good.

What's it about....
Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon star as the Brewers, an affluent couple whose well ordered life is shattered when their eldest son is killed in a car crash. It's nothing that anyone can prepare for, and this pair, with their happy calibrated life, are particularly susceptible to disaster. The mother becomes obsessed with the minutiae of her son's last moments, most severely by trying to rouse the driver of the other car out of a deep coma. The father tries to remain strong,...
