It seems a little tame now as we've had so many Tarantinoesque influenced films, but you can still feel just how shocking and electrifying this film felt when it first came out. Its tough and nasty, funny and gripping - although the thin budget shows through and it has lots of rough edges. All the Tarantino hallmarks are there already, but he surpassed it by far with Pulp Fiction. Still well worth a look.

Kinda disappointed with this one.Story very weak.Steve Bucemi and Michael Madsen only good characters.If you want a dood tarantino movie rent Pulp Fiction or the Kill Bill movies.

Short, direct and to the point. Some great scenes. Well worth a watch.
