Pirates never scores low mainly due to the incredible J Depp and the amazing scenes, colours uses and costumes. The storyline in this one is weak and definitely not as good as No1. But you cannot deny Mr Depp’s amazing acting talents and humour.
When it was funny in parts...it was funny and made us laugh.
The action scenes and characters stole the show.
I have to score it high because of the above. However we were disappointed with the weak and practically non-existent storyline.
Still I say watch it!

This is number 4 in the franchise and they have definitely gotten worse every time, as this is just brutal, practically shot in the dark the whole time and my kids and myself just hated it, its definitely time now to call it quits!! Avoid if possible!!

It is watchable. Johnny Depp is on top form, and without him and Penelope Cruz I do think it would have fell flat. It didnt have the same excitement as the others, but its worth the watch anyway.
