Very enjoyable

I have a keen interest in Thai culture and history so I enjoyed this movie a lot. The Muay Thai scenes are plentiful and very well done, they will hold the viewer's interest. I have a greater appreciation of Tony Jaa and his capabilities after viewing this movie, the boy who plays the charachter as a young boy deserves a mention as he acted superbly. I would recommend this movie to persons who have an interest in any aspect of Thai culture.

I really enjoyed this film. I loved the original Ong Bak and thought i'd give this a try even though i expected it to be of a lower standard. In fact i think it was better! The martial arts was just as good as the first movie but in this case the story was more interesting and it wasnt cheesy like the first movie. Look out for a sequel!!!
Lame

Lots of action. Unfortunetly lame action. 1 man single handidly defeating hundreds of other martial artists and a lame ''Luke I am your father'' scenario mixed in as well. Good for those that don't know better. lol.
