Better than most Sports Movies.

Murderball is wheelchair rugby, which is like a cross between full contact basketball and dodgems without the rubber padding. This isn't preachy. These guys are athletes you can admire just as much as any Olympian. Pitched perfectly, the film is not afraid to portray the protagonists in disgrace as well as glory. This documentary plays like a film and is much much better than most standard sports flicks. Should be filed in the same category as Friday Night Lights, Raging Bull, and Tin Cu
unexpected treat

I really enjoyed this. I hadn't read the reviews before, just the synopsis. Therefore there was no hype and it was just a really enjoyable experience. I'd recommend it highly... but then again if you're going to be pleasantly surprised the way I was you won't be reading this review.
Murderball

It would be very easy to point out the flaws in this production of which there are many little one. However, the end result is still an interesting and engaging story as a result mainly of the ease and honesty with which the characters present themselves.
Not a gentle sport!

This is an interesting look at one of the most aggressive looking sports I have ever encountered - these are some deserving Olympians, and if you are avoiding watching this cos you think it is a pity-party you are in for an eyeopener!
Drama on wheels

A great little documentary. was a bit gritty and bitty in places and could have been edited better - I felt an even better story was trying to get out. But, on the whole, a heartfelt and enjoyable movie
