Only watch this if you have 4 hrs going spare. I must admit that I did not give this film my full attention so I'm not going to give judgement on it but I really wouldn't recommend watching it unless it really interests you!
And they were hammered the entire time....!

Still ranks, for me, as one of the best films ever made. All the more impressive because Sharif and O'Toole were hammered drunk throughout.
O'Toole had to be tied to his camel for some scenes.
