AWFUL

I quite liked M. Night Shyamalan's other movies. The shock factor in them was well done in each case, but this thing had neither head nor tail to it. The plot warbled along, with more and more stuff being added all the time which led to confusion. He wrote the story himself as a teenager and he should've left it at that.
A talented movie maker but he really needs to deliver on his next movie after this tripe

A lovely Fairytale and a huge improvement on the Village. There are a couple of surprises and you get a chance to see Freddy Rodriguez which is always nice. It's nothing like The Sixth Sense or Signs more a fairytale for adults. Must admit halfway through you wonder that Ron Howard's daughter doesn't get a cold through sitting around almost naked all day but an enjoyable fairytale all the same
dreadful

Myself and himself sat down for the cosy night in with the DVD and 20 mins in, he says are you getting this at all! Admittedly I wasn't! We turned it off. Both of us agreed that it was incredibly boring and we didn't want to find out what was the problem with the lady from the other world after all.
Good tingling sensation

A wonderful low budget film without relaying on big budget explosions, over the top CGI or elaborate chase scenes to tell a good story.
Like all good fairy tales it leaves you with a warm and good tingling sensation with a yearning to learn more about the story and the director's other work.

I really enjoyed this movie, but it would not be to everyone's taste. It's slow moving and is basically a bed time story. If you liked Unbreakable then maybe you'll enjoy this but it really is only for fans of Shymalan's work.
Paul Giametti is superb.
