Kind Hearts and Coronets
Lorraine from Dublin, 31 Jan 2008
An entertaining movie for a wet and windy Saturday afternoon. The narrator befriends us with his tale of how he and his mother were expelled from the family and so became disinherited from the family dukedom. He sets out to murder, in the best possible taste with no messy blood or guts spilt, the line of possible dukes ahead of him so he may claim his rightful birthright. The film is comical and has a nice twist at the end. Highly recommended if you like this genre of film.

It is a gem of a film and one of Ealing's darkest comedies.
