That's the point. And the stage show ( when they finally get to perform it, is very funny ( rock me sexy jesus, indeed.).
Give this a break, there is far worse masquerading as comedy.

Big fan of Steve Coogan, really like the Alan Partridge series, but Hamlet 2 is a disaster. You can count the laugh-out-loud moments on one hand, with fingers to spare. Cannot advise against watching this enough!

What happened??? Steve Coogan used to be a comedian - then he got lost and went to Hollywood. I couldn't even watch this to the end it was SO bad.
