This is the worst Irish film I've seen in many years. It's not even bad enough to be entertaining. Wait till it comes on tv and watch for 10 mins and you'll get the idea.
The main child actress is good but after that they should all be taken out and shot. I just hope nobody outside the country sees this!
This is so terrible that if a friend of mine said she enjoyed it I'd have to seriously reconsider our friendship!

A very interesting story, fairly well told, if a bit too sentimental in parts and Pierce Brosnan's attempt at a Dublin accent is terrible! But enjoyable overall.

WHAT A LOVELY MOVING STORY,SAD BUT NICE HAPPY ENDING WOULD WATCH IT AGAIN.BROSNAN PLAYED THE MAIN CHARACTER WELL.
