4.5 out of 10 Charlotte's Web
louise from Wexford, 02 Jan 2008
There is a lot of similarities between this film and "Babe".My children watched it about 6 times before I sent it back to screenclick. When Charlotte the spider died, our 4 year old asked a lot of awkard questions about death and heaven-this sad part of the film could upset young or sesitive children.

2.5 out of 10 a bit too like babe
Colette from Kilkenny, 20 May 2008
i knew this film was based on a classic story but i somehow managed to miss it as a child. Although the film is well made and the story sweet, it was too like Babe. In my opinion babe was probebly adapted from the book charlottes web in the first place but with a diff twist on the story.

3.5 out of 10 Charlottes Web
Fiona from Dublin, 11 Jan 2008
This was lovely, very sweet. Younger kids will love all the animals and the adults among us may even shed a tear at the end. I never read the book so I was not sure what to expect it was a very nice story. The "special effects" were very subtle.

4 out of 10 A lovely family movie
Deborah from Limerick, 27 Nov 2007
A real feel good movie that shows one true heart that doesn't see differences and teaches those around him to accept and love those that are different. If you liked Babe, you'll love this.

4 out of 10 Beautiful
Dawn from Dublin, 08 Nov 2007
This is one of the most beloved children's books of all times and watching this reminded me why. Really cute and the voices were perfect. I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried.
