The Bible Con more likely - Avoid
Gerard from Cork, 13 May 2009
Just avoid this at all costs. The previous posts are spot on, it's a waste of viewing time that you'll never regain. The 'Story' goes like this; A Jewish scholar applies an "advanced statistical search engine" to the old testament. He can find a strong statistical link to any famous name or historical events date that you can think of. (HHmm..) Therefore the old testament can predict the future - Taa-Daa!
Now send him a few dollars and you can have the software to try it at home. Screenclick, d

The Future is Nay.

What should have been interesting if your into that sort of thing, is badly filmed, ham acted dross in "reconstruction" (a la crimeline) form, Paul Ross of "They think it's all over" narrates badly, really dodgy. The idea of a secret code within the Bible which predicted future world events is worthy, but I got very bored and switched off. No redemption for me so.

Amazing what people will try to squeeze out of the Bible. For a more plausible story on bible codes it might be worth checking out or google 'Chuck Missler'
This guys Bible Code is quite amazing and more believable.

You would have to 'want' to believe this to take it seriously. It's a good bit of fun though not a saturday night movie!
Do not rent.

This is not a movie. Its like a TV programme documentary and ok for one night but a total waste of a weekend.
