Bad Teacher Review

I loved this movie. I’m not normally a fan of the genre – the humour is
crude, offensive and not very witty – but I thought this was a cut above
the rest. The script is sharp in places giving voice to some home truths.
Diaz's character, like so many, has gone into teaching for all the right
reasons : short hours, long vacations and no accountability.
It is Diaz herself who carries the movie. She is simply excellent as an
unscrupulous, self-centred, “Barbie doll type” who loathes school. Her
nemesis, Lucy Punch, is a badly-dressed do-gooder whose infuriating
chirpiness masks a need to be continually “top of the class”. We hate her
and in spite of ourselves root for Diaz who, at least, is honest in her
ambitions.
If you like Diaz I cannot see how you would fail to like this

Quite enjoyed this actually laughed out loud at this in some places cameron diaz still trading on her looks rather than being a great actress and thought the romance between pe teacher and diaz didnt really develop well to be believable but all in all worth a look and a laugh

The trailer looked good. I heard it wasn't great, but the trailer won me over. That won't happen again in a hurry. Average at best, but nothing more than that.

I can't believe Cameron Diaz even agreed to make this film, it was so bad we had to turn it off after 30 minutes and send it back, very disappointing...
