A bit too light

I was hoping for something a bit more gritty but it was very light. Richard Gere gave a good supporting effort, alot better than Ewan McGreggor anyway, but I was left feeling that the film was more about her romantic liaisons than her flying pursuits.
Might do for a quiet night in.
Lost at sea is the theme, lost at sea is the movie

This is like one of those daytime movies shown on the biography channel, it's a factual but cold re-enactment of the life of Amelia Earheart with little engagement with the characters. Good from a historical perspective but much as a movie
Enjoyable

Interesting BioPic on the exploits of Amelia Earhart and her life. Enjoyable movie and the aeroplane sequences are quite good to watch from a cinematographic perspective.
Slow...

Very slow moving film. You begin to lose interest. Cast are brilliant but films slow. it should have focused more on her flying than her romances.

Disappointing as a movie about her life. Didn't really get into the nitty gritty, more about her romantic exploits
