The Canaries have never looked so good.

An unimpeachable classic, that unlike most westerns hasn't aged at all - its still gripping, funny and exciting, almost as good as Yojimbo, the Kurosawa movie Leone ripped off (some sections are practically a shot by shot remake). Clintwood has never been better, and the ending is brilliant. Unmissable.

What's it about....

The first of the "spaghetti westerns", A Fistful Of Dollars became an instant cult hit. It also launched the film careers of Italian Writer-Director Sergio Leone, and a little known American television actor named Clint Eastwood. As the lean, cold-eye cobra-quick gunfighter - Clint became the first of the "anti-heroes".
